I am a 2007 graduate of the Cincinnati School of Medical Massage. I'm licensed
by the State Medical Board of Ohio and have my Certification from the Indiana
State Board of Massage Therapy. I am CPR and EAD certified, a member of the
American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and a Member of the Ohio AMTA
Sports Massage Team. I had the privilege of being one of the Team Massage
Therapists for Rutgers University's Woman's Swimming and Diving Team at the
2009 Big East Swimming and Diving Championships in Indianapolis, IN.
My client's have a variety of needs, from athletes who want to prevent injuries, increase performance and endurance to clients who simply need relief from their stressful lives. My specialties as a therapist are Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point and relaxation techniques. I am also certified in the Bellanina Facelift Massage. As a massage therapist it is important to educate my clients about the importance of massage and its benefits in helping to maintain and improve general health and well being.
